Tommy is a normal klay man, but with the ability to move to places very smoothly without walking. Tommy only appeared in one episode, The Bet, referred to as "Cowboy" by his unnamed friend because of his strange ability. In the episode, Tommy bets $100 that his friend, Chad, can reach the top of the oddly-shaped lamp. His unnamed friend wants the $100 that he lost after Chad crawled away, but states he would rather squish his head than give him any money, and proceeds to, but gets robbed after shortly dying.
